Constant communication about my car during the processing. Detailed reporting to me. The service man that checked me in took the time to help me connect my phone to my car. That was extra and he just took the time for an elderly person.

This was the best experience I've ever had buying a new car. I'm glad I made the call to Liberty VW. They had model and color I was looking for. We quickly came to agreement on price over the phone and within 24 hours I was driving my AWESOME GTI back to Denver. I mainly interacted with Barbara the sales manager and Kevin in finance. Both were professional and pleasant to do business with. Kevin explained all the paper work and went over all the features and helped setup basic settings before our drive home.
