    My service appointment was easy to schedule via the VW app. I requested a service appointment and was contacted within 24hrs with scheduling options that I could choose. The service appointment went very smooth ... check in, during the service, and check out. I was particularly impressed with the transparency of the service at Liberty VW. While waiting at the dealership, I received a text containing a link to a video walkthrough of my Cross Sport both under the hood and the complete under carriage (bumper to bumper), narrated well by the service technician ... very impressive. Completely satisfied with the service and the pricing, would highly recommend.

    Sales was interested in getting good marks and reviews and disregarded trying to take care of us. Sales manager was rude. He came back from looking at our vehicle and rudely accused us of trying to hide some hail damage. We had zero interest in trying to hide anything as a matter of fact they were told about a big door ding prior to them seeing the car. After the manager told us we needed to file an insurance claim and my husband stated "I guess we just don't have a deal" the sales manager walks away comes back about 5 minutes later, looks at the salesperson and says take their plates off their car. I'm 54 years old, we don't appreciate young sales games. you either want to make the deal or you don't. After all this the rear hatch on the 2024 Atlas wont completely close, they have to schedule an appointment to have it fixed, no issues there. We get the car home and once in our garage we see the new 2024 Atlas has a ding in the hood, I would assume it happened during cleaning of the vehicle. We instantly EMAIL the dealership. we don't hear anything until my husband confronts the salesperson on Monday morning, the salesperson doesn't say a word, his manager steps in and say they had some vehicles with some hail damage, and they don't always know all the vehicles. Not a huge deal but you accuse us of trying to hide hail damage on a vehicle that is used and then don't come clean on a brand-new vehicle, not smart, then to act like they are doing us a favor to have it looked at really unprofessional. After this is has really placed this as a bad experience. Not once did we try to change pricing on the car, we were entertaining buying or the two vehicles we were trading in and to be treated like we were trying to scam the dealership has made the both of us uncomfortable about even going there for service. Thankfully the service department is absolutely amazing.
